The Monthly International Film Festival
One cycle every month
Submissions open on the 20th of every month. The regular deadline is the last day of the following month, and the final deadline is the 20th of the second following month. Nominees are notified on the last day of that month, and award results are announced at the in-person event on the 15th of the next month.

Submission Criteria
Each film is reviewed for eligibility and creative achievement against the published rules and award criteria.
- Runtime, rights, and subtitle requirements are checked
- Direction, writing, cinematography, and performance are considered by award
- Award results are announced on the official website
Film Review
Direction, writing, cinematography, performance, and the other elements that shape each film are reviewed against the published criteria.
Award Categories
Each runtime division has a Best Film award alongside the shared craft awards.

Online announcements
Monthly results, award categories, and certificate verification information are published on the official website.
In Person
In-person programme
The in-person event is held on the 15th of each month at SIM STUDIO Odaiba plus+ E STUDIO (3F Marusada Ariake Bldg., 2-14-4 Shinonome, Koto-ku, Tokyo 135-0062, Japan), where award results are announced.
